General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipping Address
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Processing Time
Orders received Monday to Friday are processed the same day or by the end of the next business day during our hours of operation.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are often processed the same day or at the latest by end of business on Monday.

In Store Pickup
On-line orders may be available for in store pickup. You will be notified by email when the item has arrived in the store and is available for pickup. 

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.
